Hi!

I own a 07 Ford Focus (1.6l petrol, 5 speed manual). I have heard that the temperature gauge is a little off (never going to 90 exactly, it's a little less). Is it normal? Because I see it in a lot of those Focuses that are for sale. Also it reaches that point very fast. It could be a month since I haven't started it and in a few minutes it's at the point that it is always, is that also normal? Or is something broken?

    Yes, it's normal.  It's designed to sit at 90 over a wide range of 'safe' temperatures to stop drivers being concerned by the real world temp fluctuations.
