I can't tell what it's doing wrong from that video

If mileage is over 40,000 then consider changing the fluid

If you're getting torque converter shudder then add 2x tubes of shudder fixx to fluid

Ensure battery voltage is good, MK4s suffer with poor battery voltage and transmission solenoids rely on good voltage

Thank you very much for replying.

bought the car used and the problem started after 3 month use.

I don't  make long distance with the  car and the problem doesn't appear but when i make long after a while that problem appear.

I take the car to ford twice and told me that is fine and they dont anything strange.when i ask ford to change transmission fluid they told me that i dont need and they dont see any code problem .

I will start with changing battery because the starstop have stop working and i  will change transmission fluid because the car is used and it have 99000 miles and i dont know if they have change fluid before.

99,000 miles, the fluid is old now, that will cause shift issues, definitely change the fluid and add shudder fixx when you change, there's no filter, just drain and refill, then run car for 10 minutes (ensuring it goes through every gear) then check level and top up.

Ford won't recommend changing the fluid as, they say, it's sealed for life

Definitely change the battery

Lubeguard shudder fixx, put in two tube whilst on idle then run the car through the gears to get it round the system.

After you've changed the fluid of course
