MK3 Long key press unlock not opening all windows

Hi its me again. (Sorry)

When I hold and press the unlock button on my key all windows open except the driver side rear window. The window does work if ignition is on and using the driver control window button and the passenger button but for some reason it doesnt open when I use that specific key feature of holding unlock to open all windows.

Is it a fuse somewhere? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
