Missing intercooler retainer clip.

I'm missing the plastic clip in the picture attached which is on the left (drivers side bottom left in full engine picture) of the engine bay at the front. below from my 1.5tdci 2017, just seems to be used to hold the intercooler in place.

I have found this on ebay. Which does match the part number, but doesn't look the same as in picture.

Any ideas please as is it just this part or are there number parts for what looks like a simple plug retainer. I think the ebay item is what goes unerneath then has a plastic part that pushes in from the top (see screen shot picture).

    I think I'll need that rubber looking bit for underneath that fits on top of the intercooler.
