Ford Focus M2.5 ELM CONFIG

Featured Replies

Hi everyone, I can not start my car after making some changes with the elm config. Some of the changes I did are like auto locking feature, belt warning etc. When I turn the key to ignition position 1 everything seems fine, but as soon as I turn it to the position 2. Radio stops working, the ac shuts on and off every few seconds, dashboard goes off and on. I tried disabling those features but it did not help. Any ideas on how I can fix this ? Thank yoy in advance.

Did you make a copy of your original files before making any changes?

If yes, reinstall that, then reboot the GEM and HEC.

If no, use Forscan to download the AsBuilt file for the GEM.

After playing around, what is the current State Of Charge of your car battery ?

Use a multimeter to get an accurate measurement.
