Perhaps someone can help me ?

I can't seem to find how to change the sat nav keyboard between upper & lower case or how to insert a space when entering a destination.

Any advice would be great

    Can you post a picture of the system you have? 2014 is a changeover year between Sync 1 and Sync 2.

    Sorry for the photo quality. Hope this is enough to identify the system, I think Sync 1 but I could be wrong. 🤢

    The car was built 2013, but first registered 2014

    Yes that's Sync 1.

    I think space is on 1.

    Do the letters cycle between upper and lower if you keep pressing the corresponding number button.

     

    I.e. Button 4, does it cycle something like G H I g h i ?
