Sync 2 to sync 3 reverse camera possible?

Hi all.

I been reading through the sync 2 to sync 3 topic.

I have also found the parts kit I need and also found a tutorial for my exact car on YouTube. Great. Seems simple enough, I'm good with my hands and this type of stuff.

I have seen the reverse cameras on eBay but I don't want the one that comes with a separate screen. I want the reverse camera to activate when when I go into reverse and use the screen in the dash. (Not a separate screen I have to mount some where)

 

My question(s) are as follows:

I have seen a video on YouTube of this working(on sync 2)  I'm guessing it can be done on sync 3 also, but no tutorial on how to do this.

Are there any tutorials on here for installing a reverse camera that connects to the sync 2 or sync 3 screen?

 

I really want to install one, but I don't want to use a separate screen I want to use the factory sync 2 or the upgraded sync 3.

 

And as I'm here, if I upgraded to sync 3 how would the navigation (sat nav) maps be updated in the future? By USB? Or by the original SD card used for sync 2?
