I was wondering if someone could help, I have a 2017 Transit connect crew cab and all cigerette lighter sockets have stopped working along with the fans. This has also caused my dipped beam to stay on permanently when starting up the vehicle and does nothing when I switch it on and off using the switch but remains on. The Airbag light is also illuminated, the fuse box diagram is very vague and I can't seem to find any solution online. I assume this is quite rare due to not seeing much about this online but any help would be gravely appreciated.

    Water ingress in BCM

    Remove BCM and check pins and board (you have to disassemble) for signs of water ingress.

    If present you will need to source a replacement BCM
