2013 Ford Focus 1.6 TDCi Help!!!!

Ford Focus 1.6 TDCi 2013

Hi was wondering if anyone could help,
I drove about 15 miles yesterday and left my car for no more than 10 minutes. When I returned my car wouldn’t start at all, not turning over or clicking when turning the key, tried jump cables and a jump box as well as roll starting.. the radio and dash are completely blank but the electric windows wipers and lights will work. Does anyone have any ideas?

Check the battery voltage first.  If it's failed internally that can prevent a jump from providing enough power in some cases.

Assuming that's not below about 12v (where I would still expect to hear starter clicking) then I think you'll have to go through the fusebox checking every fuse for breaks.

There may also be a power saver relay for radio & dash but I'm not sure on the Mk3.  If your underbonnet fusebox shows relay diagrams, feel free to post a pic so we can see if any of those may have failed.

I would suggest that you have a failure of the instrument cluster. Just as a test (not as a fix) give the top of the dashboard a good thump with your hand, just above the instrument cluster and see if there is any change.
