Sounds like the clutch position switches are messed up.

Hi Alex, ive looked at this and wouldnt believe it to be possible as the looms only reach to what i believe are the correct plugs.
ive also got a spare loom/plug underneath the stealing wheel, is that common on fords? i can seem to locate a home for it

When I say messed up, I don’t necessarily mean the wrong way round. But that they could be providing erroneous or no readings at all. Might be worth looking at some live diagnostics data and see if it’s picking them up moving. Everything you’ve said that isn’t working relies on the clutch position switch/sensors

Hi Alex, i misunderstood, so potentially you believe the sensors are faulty? or the looms? i put a brand new facet clutch sensor switch in also

There are normally two Sensors, one at the Clutch Master Cylinder on the Engine side and one at the Clutch Pedal under the Dashboard.

From what you have said it looks like the Pedal one has not been fitted back.

What does the sensor engine side do on the master cylinder?
can anyone enlighten me to the spare loom underside to the steering wheel?

also, the 2 senors on the clutch pedal frame are full secured in place and connected it
