Hi can anyone recommend a ball

joint separator tool for Mk3 Focus

please?

 

The one I’ve bought that has 19mm

jaw opening isn’t big enough and I

can’t seem to source a larger one. 
 

Any ideas what tool I should be using?

 

I bought this but it wasn’t larger

enough to around the taper of the ball

joint.

    I have one of the ones you have, but like you, found that it was too narrow for some of the ball joints on my cars. I bought one of these which is a bit bigger and does the job well, I reach for the fork type one and a hammer more often now than the other one. You can get them in halfords or screwfix etc and arent expensive.
