Ford Mondeo 2010 MK4 Radio Keeps Turning Off

Featured Replies

My radio keeps turning off (not completely, DOES NOT ask for PIN). Basically, it used to turn on once I started the engine,
now sometimes it doesn't, and when I turn it on the power button it displays '1 HOUR' mode on its screen and usually it
keeps shutting off and on.

Also sometimes my dashboard lights shut down too for a while but come back, I think these are kinda of connected to
each other since they started approximately at the same time.

I replaced the original CD/Radio with an Android unit, but a similar issue still happens, gently hitting the panel
area above the Android unit turns it back on 🙂 but usually it turns off again after a while...

Im pretty sure the fuses are OK, and the battery is not old and works well.
Any ideas where else I should start looking?
