Mk8 Fiesta ST-3 B&O Sound System Quieter on One Side of Car

Featured Replies

I have a 2019 Fiesta ST-3 which includes the B&O sound system.

I've owned the car for several months and it's not until I was playing about with the balance/fade options recently that I noticed both door speakers (front and back) on the right-hand side of the car are noticeably quieter than those on the right.

There doesn't appear to be any distortion of sound or crackling that I would expect from a blown speaker. It's just that if I balance the system all the way to the right, they lack both bass and volume; particularly in the back right door. If I balance the the system all the way to the left, however, it's much louder.

Any advice?

Is there an occupancy setting? Some cars allow you to optimise for driver, or all passengers.

Hi @alexp999

I can't seem to find any settings aside from the surround/stereo toggle.
