Car rums normal but when I reach 2500 rev and 3000 rev service light comes on and loose power

A 2017 Focus with the message "Service Engine Now" or similar wording means that there is an "Engine Malfunction" (which used to be the message). It needs to be looked at by a garage ASAP.

It is not wanting a 'service' and an oil change.

dose this happen during heavy load like flooring it or will it also happen when you slowly bring the revs up. i had something close to this an it turned out to be the intake pipe joined to the throttle body was loose and the turbo would blow out there and same thing service now mode flick ignition off and back on and it would work again until you build up turbo pressure and it would leak again with same result 

might be worth your while  to look for leaks
