check fuses. relay inside go click, and i have 12voltage out of the 2 off the 4 wires where the lock is, had lock out on bench and the lock to me works with a bench power supply but have to change swap the lead around and the motor works ? (locks and unlocks) but is to me the micro switch in the lock could be my problem or the wires in the gator in the door but which one left or right ? 

and does any one know on the Haynes manual on the wiring diagram what it means by   (INTERNAL HW ) in a box ? 
has any one has a full wiring diagram and diagnostics on a ford smax 2010 not Haynes
