Help 2.0 tdci sometimes wont start

Hi to all,

Im an owner of a EU Ford Focus mk2 2.0 tdci 136ps 2005

i´m desesperate because since a month my car sometimes didnt start, i had to wait and a few moments later it starts (could be some minutes or hours...)

it all works good aparently but i had those error when the problem happens.

P0380 -78 I had since i bought this car this error and i know that i had to change glow plugs... but this error its not the problem i think (unable to delete this but it starts good with cold days)

NOW THE ERRORS THAT APPEARS WHEN PROBLEM:

P2683-71 (this i never see) also temp is correct meter/displayed

P0490 -61 (another new...) egr related (i had egr disabled

P0002 -61 (this could be the problem...)

P0089 -61  (this i think its related with the previously error)

i delete those errors and no problems at all but when the car didnt start (its eventually for ex. it could be 1 day of a month) those error came again!!!!

what i think is that i have any type of cut/cortocircuit in the motor wire harness because theyre a little straightened and deteriorated... could anyone help me to find where could be the cut? or if is this the problem?

i think it must be in anywhere where the 3 cables came together i mean: EGR (on the bottom left motor), Fuel Valve and fuel preassure sensor (right side) and the coolant temp sensor (also on the right side) or the final of those cables (where i dont know ehere is located... i think ecu conector must be...)
