How to enable automatic reving up on load?

I have had multiple S-max and focus C-max models that are around 2006 models, some of them have  the feature to automatically increase revs when releasing clutch or under load, but some do not. I have tried looking through forscan for feature as such but with no luck, maybe I missed it because I really have no idea how it could be even called. On the 2.0Tdci that feature would be really useful as the engine is really weak at low rpm and lets say going uphill gets annoying (Had multiple of these and every single 2l variant S-max or C-max experiences that, 1.8 ones do not experience such issues). Any help would be appreciated!
