Just like to make all members aware.

A company in NI says "just send your reg and we will supply exactly the right paint for your vehicle".

Well the paint was no where near the colour I wanted.

Emailed and asked for refund and was happy to send paint back.

Not heard a thing and probably never will, and they tell me there a small company and value there customers.

Yes, I can confirm that I've also had problems with the paint company in NI. They sent a spray can with the right label but it had the wrong paint in the tin. Lots of hassle to make them understand the problem. Like you, I was happy to return the faulty tin but that seemed difficult for them to accept. 

If paint is custom mixed to order, they won't want it back.  If it's not custom mixed, they'd need a huge warehouse to store every possible colour.

In my case they sent a can of sparkle clear coat instead of Nitrous blue paint. Label said Nitrous blue but it wasn't.

On behalf of my beloved country, I'd like to offer an apology. That's not the kind of hospitality we normally offer.

Can someone post a link so I can see who it is? The only 'paint' sale I've had in NI is a new pattern wing that came pre-painted, which from memory came from Tyrone.
