Car wont start

I have a 13 plate, 1.6, Diesel Focus.

Won't start at all, no clicking from the relays, no attempt to turn over at all. 

Recently had a new battery fitted as was told this was the issue. Had the AA out who checked all the fuses, relays and battery connections. Nothing worked, tried bump starting which also came back with nothing. 

Been advised to go to an auto electrician, was wondering if anyone else has had this issue or is my car just dead?
