MK2 2010 focus no boost

Hi all, so I have a 1.6 Focus from 2010, recently changed injector seals due to leaking diesel, pulled them out and they were coated in what I assumed was oil.

Was driving as normal and suddenly loss of power, car runs fine, no misses, no smoke, no additional noise, turbo intake spins free, minimal play. Check engine light on, after a couple of drives like this but unable to plug it in and get a code as I don't have one handy at the moment.

I did also crack the oil feed like to see if it was getting some kind of oil which it was. Intake side did have a slight misting of oil around inlet tube.
