165k miles on 1.6 ti-vct - preventative maintenance

My venerable 2011 Focus just breached 165k and I'm looking to do a bit of preventative maintenance, any suggestions welcome! Cam belt was done at 130k, at the moment I'm looking to change:

-Injectors. Is Bosch 1538984 the correct part number? The car is running fine but these are the original injectors, never been cleaned or serviced, so I think due a replacement

-Spark plugs. Not been changed in a few 10k. recommendations? I was going to buy NGK 4559, not iridiums. I also read that these need gapping to 1.0mm

-Alternator. Very occasionally the charge light will come on whilst driving, tends to clear itself. Battery is relatively new and voltage is fine, thinking this may be an alternator issue

-A healthy soaking in Lanoguard. Passed its last MOT with a monitor suggestion on rear sub frame corrosion.

    I'd just run decent 5 30 oil
    change PAS fluid
    fit an alternator once I made sure all the earth points looked good and weren't the real issue
    fit a new PCV valve and the bit of foam in the air cleaner no one bothers with
    and if you want to spend money buy a coil pack and a set of leads before they give up

    then spend the money u were planning to waste on injectors running a bit of dipetane each fill up
