MK4 Focus Air-Con not working

I have a 2019 Mk4 2.0 tdi Focus, back in May the air con wasn’t cooling, before this happened the air con was making a strange noise almost like it was trying to pressurise (think of taking a sharp intake of breath like backwards whistling (without the whistle lol)) from behind the dash.

I got the gas refilled and it seemed to cool well during the summer but it would still make this intermittent noise from behind the dash.

In the last week however it has stopped working all together and if I’m honest I don’t even think it’s blowing cold air any more. (It’s the wife’s car so I’m not in it as regularly)

I’ll check the blower at the weekend, but has anyone else had any similar problems?
