im in the middle of spraying a front bumper it came in grey primer they said its a travel bumper and to scotch it, ive done that and started to prime it but im having issues as in pic. i cleaned the area up after rubbing it down and wiping with thinners but its still doing it any ideas what it could be ? i have seen that you should remove travel primer but that seems a bit of a task .
