MK3 book leak.... Where from?

I currently have a leak in my focus. I first noticed the left side of the boot lining was wet and under the spare tyre. The right side is dry. I can see where it is coming through, but not sure how it's getting there. Today I also noticed that is it coming in between the plastic and the headliner in the back passenger area as well. Any ideas where this will be coming from? Is it under the plastic roof strips? Thanks
