Avoiding Pot Holes Got Me A Pull From The Police

Hi last out driveing around 11pm avoiding some big !Removed! pot holes basically i went over the white line a few times looked in my mirror and who was on my tail a nice police volvo so them i thought iam getting pulled and guess what i did :lol: basically just sat in the back of the police car and should me a video of me driveing and put my hands up i was all over the place abit but he let me off did'nt even breathlize me but did ask have a been drinking :) lession learnt.

    you cant win, i dont see a problem if the road is quiet and you have a clear view ahead but you cant please everyone.

    59 plate is was nice comfy leather seats did'nt want to get out :lol: said to the other half why couldnt they pull me over in there x5 wanna see what there like inside :lol:

    haha :lol: ive been in the x5 also, comfy leather seats in that too. i almost had myself a free torch from the back of an x5 :lol:

    Unfortunately, there seems to be an increasing willingness from magistrates to expect drivers to endanger their property and even themselves, in order to remain within the law, especially the precious speed limits.

    We lost the presumption of innocence ages ago, and it looks like the right to claim "duress of circumstance" is next.

    I will still continue to avoid potholes and i don't care if there is a police car behind me because at the end of the day if i hit one and it damages my car it me that has to put my hand in my pocket and pay for it. the police can put me on a breathlizer because i know i will pass.
