Focus mk3 head unit issue

Featured Replies

BM51-18835-BEW head unit . Just got the car and sat down today with the book to set the head unit up. All was going well . Got the Bluetooth set up. Made and received calls. Played Spotify through it all good.

Started to do the radio bit and saved my 1 station .

This is where the problem started. The radio and the steering wheel controls stopped working. Radio stuck on one preset. Thought I would stick a cd in to see if it put it back to normal. Cd played no bother but controls non responsive . Can't even eject the cd . Tried looking to see if there was a way to hard reset it and drew a blank as I can't get into any menu now.

Any ideas guys on a hard reset ??????
