1.6 TDCi new crankshaft pulley ticking noise

Hi,

On my 2006 Focus 1.6 TDCi (110HP), the crankshaft pulley start wobbling recently, so i bought a new aftermarket one and replaced it. After 5 minutes of idling it started making ticking noise. Everything seems good, i checked the other pulleys and the tensioner, those are also good. When I removed the new crank pulley again to investigate the source of the noise, I noticed deep scratches on the timing belt cover, suggesting that the pulley may be rubbing against it. However, I don't believe this is the source of the noise. Any ideas? Has anyone else experienced this issue before?
