I can't help with your question, but I fitted wind deflectors on my last car and found them to be a nuisance, so I wouldn't recommend them.

They restricted the view & caused a lot of wind noise. They lasted all of three months before I threw them away!

Well, I do have to disagree! LOL I fitted mine on my Mk2 4 years ago, and they have been flawless. Allowing windows to be opened an inch or so even in rain for fresh air, and in my opinion, a nice sleek look... Would doubt they'd fit Mk1 as looking at photos of profiles, they do look different.

EDIT

Apologies, just noticed your car ain't a Focus LOL

Agree with Stephen. The first thing added to all my new cars. Those and mudflaps.

And I agree with Alan.  Awful approaching roundabouts as they took out such a large chunk of front right vision.

Mine didn't even last a fortnight before I removed them.  Didn't bin them though.  Sold them on eBay lol.

Was that on a Mk2? I don't see any obscure vision with mine...

Yes it was on a Mk2.  Not sure why we had such different experiences with them.  Different seating position possibly.

I have a big advantage being of a diminutive stature LOL
