USB ports Mk 4 not working

Hi. can anyone help me on how to get the USB ports to work please? I’ve changed the fuse for the additional power supply and still no joy. I have a 2020 Titanium.  Thanks

    The USB ports are protected electronically. If both USB ports are not working then you need to check that one of them is not broken. Has something got stuck in the port like a bit of silver paper, or a paperclip ?
