Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble with my 2016 Ford Transit Connect diesel, and I’m hoping someone here can help me figure it out.

It started with the engine running poorly and the RPMs fluctuating. Now it won’t start at all. I ran a sensor check on the fuel rail, and I’m seeing no fuel pressure there. However, when I disconnect the hose going from the fuel pump to the tank, I get pressure from the pump.

So, it seems like the fuel pump is working, but for some reason, I’m not getting any pressure at the fuel rail.

Has anyone else experienced this with a diesel engine, or do you have any ideas on what could be causing the issue? Any advice or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!
