Non starting after fuel filter change

Featured Replies

Hi all new to the forum and looking for some help

I have recently purchased a lovely 2013 1.6 tdci galaxy

I have had it serviced by a friend but after the fuel filter change we cannot get the car to start we hablve bled the system numerous times, towed the car and even bought another filter and housing to rule out that being the issue and still no start

We have scanned with a snap on code reader and are getting 2 fault codes

P062d fuel injector driver circuit performance bank 1

P0a09 00 DC/DC Converter Status Circuit Low ( i believe this one is related to us letting the battery go low from trying to start it battery removed and on charge now)

Any help will be greatly appreciated

It says to monitor a specific PID (likely to need Forscan - plenty of threads on that) for an injector or wiring  problem:

Hi jist an update for anyone. After 3 months and 3 different garages car is repaired Ecu had failed not sure why cloned Ecu installed car starting again now

Sounds like a really bad coincidence of changing filter and ECU failing at the same time, nasty!

There is a MOSFET that switches each injector AFAIK  but must have been more problems in ECU but great that it is fixed & Thanks for reporting back!
