    The button is a single part together with plate lights.

    It can be taken off from the boot door front side and after removing all door's plastic parts from back side there is not an obvious way to take off also.

    Really helpful video.

    All the inner plastic parts should be taken off. Then find the hole in the centre and the clip. Push out like that the button, pulling it outside.

    According to video:

    To take out the button (tailgate) the plastic cover behind the boor door.

    The cover can be taken out by unscrewing the screws inside the handholds. The handhold's front plastic part is a removable cover. After removing the plastic cover there is a clip inside a hole in the center of the door close to the wiper blade's mechanism.

    If this is unclipped then the button can be taken out by carefully pulling it out.

    After painting some scratches the new one was fitted inside. Easy to fit it in. But not so easy to take it out.

     

    The new one is an imitation.
