Hi guys,

In this topic I would like to ask you, what could be this problem: when the car is cold, if I turn on the heating, the display shows numbers without any pixels, I will show you a picture. When the car is warm after a few minutes (30 minutes or more) or parked in the sun, there is no problem. Could you show me something to solve this problem or do I need to change the heating control? Thanks!

    LCD screens break down over time and they are always worse in the cold.  Not worth replacing the screen imo, just put up with it unless it becomes totally unreadable.

    This YouTube video will explain the problem. They can usually be repaired by an electronics repair company with the appropriate tools, but it takes quite some time.

    Otherwise a replacement unit is I do believe £30 off eBay (AC control panel which has the display integrated into it)
