mk2.5 focus Radio navi audio Travelpilot no power repair

Managed to repair audio unit from a 2010 focus. The unit did not power on and drained the battery. Checked power and can bus communication, all was ok. Googling around found a german site with the fix. The guy said remove the main board and power the board using bench power supply. If the board draws 100-200mA, using reflow station set at 100deg C, heat the ram chips. If the power increases to about 5-600mA, the unit should power on. Plug the screen and push power button, and voila the unit turned on asking for pin code.
My unit was pulling 150mA, after heating top ram chip 1 minute, the power went up to 650mA then i could turn it on. But after disconnecting power and cooling the ram chip, it would not power on again. 

When searching ram chip 46v64m8 found a picture with a computer ddr400 1gb ram stick, so got searching in my old computers and found exactly what i needed in a Apple power mac G5 computer, replaced first ram chip but did not fix my problem so replaced the second one and the unit is fixed, it will power on every time. The power consumption is 500-600mA and unit will power on, clean flux residue assemble and be happy.
