Heated windscreen not working

Hi guys. From last few days I try to figure out why my windscreen not working (not heating up). So tonight I try to find the fuse for it unfortunately I couldn't open the lower box with fuses but what I find was lose cable connector beside if main fuse box as on picture. Do you guys think this maybe a problem why my windscreen it's not heated up? Thank you

    If I understand correctly...The  connector obviously has a purpose so have you tested the screen after plugging it back in?
    The next step for me would be to get into the fuse box (whichever one the handbook says has the appropriate fuses or relays) and check them?
