    Keep an eye on middle aisle, Lidl, they often sell stuff to keep boot tidy, been using them for years...

    I use one of these. Probably not as cheap and Lidl but plenty of room and side pockets means I can lift all my work stuff out in one go. 

    Doing the shopping I fold down the 3/4 seat and chuck it on there with no hassle to free up the boot.

    Something  very useful  I've had for many years and in many of my cars is a weighted rubbish bin that sits over the central 'tunnel hump' in the rear.  Haven't seen them for sale for almost as long. The only ones I've seen are too bulky.
