Sync 4 update, now blank screen

My Sync 4 has just updated to the following.

The splash screen will show and then the screen goes blank.

I can still change the radio stations and volume but obviously nothing else.

    Hi, I'm getting the same thing but I'm not sure if mine updated as the app doesn't say it does. Did you manage to resolve? Looks like a trip to the dealer, trouble is no screen no control over the heating etc, and it's stuck on high which was the last setting I used before it going black.
