That is why you need to use FORScan to read Ford specific DTC's. So the generic code reader only saw one code and missed the other 59 🤔

So first thing you need to do is use FORScan and clear all of the DTC's, and then see which ones come back.

The car is probably still saveable. Do you still have the original PCM and BCM modules ?

hi mate did an erase of the codes and they all came back unless i erassed them wrong new to me forscan i still have the original bcm but not the pcm the fella i got to clone it didnt give me it back i paid 1800 for this car i must of spent atleast 500 on upto now an still the same issue thanks mate

Cloning these newer generation PCM's and BCM's is rarely successful. These PCM's, BCM's and ABS modules are programmatically connected to each other in multiple ways. Even the module serial numbers are involved.

There is a huge chance that the incorrect cloning is causing many of the DTC codes. Try to get your original PCM back (after all it still is your property unless agreed otherwise). Put the original PCM and BCM back and perform a proper diagnostic. This may solve many of the DTC codes so you can focus on the remaining codes.

hi mate thank you am planning on going back to scratch with original modules as unofix sugested thanks for your help

hello everyone i replaced the bcm with my oringinal bcm i now only have 4 dtcs one for crash input b10a2 and u0151 list comms with restraint control module the others relate to door module

Until the crash sensor is replaced or reset then you won't be going anywhere.

There is a company in Liverpool who can service the crash sensor.

Crash Data Airbag Module Reset, located at Unit 10, 2 Commerce Way, Liverpool, L8 7BL. They specialize in airbag module repair and reset services and offer same-day repairs with next-day delivery. You can reach them at 0845 021 8674

thanks unofix could i not replace the  rcm module ?

the other thing is on google it says it can prevent the car from cranking and or starting why would it do that mate ?

It prevents the car from starting because all of the safety restraint systems are disabled and it's not safe to drive the car.

You could replace the RCM with a brand new unit, but it will require being programmed to your car. Far easier jut to get the original reset.

ok thanks do you know were that module is on the focus ?

Not sure on your model. They are always near the front often on the inside of the front bumper, or just above the headlights under the bonnet.
