Clutch adjustment or Replacement?

I have a 2008 Ford Galaxy 1.8 Diesel, over the last few weeks I have noticed the clutch doesn’t bite or engage until the clutch Pedal is right up at the end of travel! Can this be adjusted or does the clutch need replacing? Thank you in advance for any advice.

    There's no adjustment on these as they are hydraulic so looks like a new one 😞
