On my 1.5 st line 2019 focus with sync 3 and sat nav.

The GPS has frozen and the map is stuck. I have tried master reset.

    Master Reset ?  Do you mean you have disconnected the battery, or pulled the relevant fuse(s) ?

    Try the soft and hard reset.  Then try checking the connections under the roof by carefully letting down the headlining.  If you already have Forscan and the correct obd adapter see if there are any error codes.

    ALthough my GPS was working, it occasionally failed.  It was water in the shark fin.  Bought a replacement secondhand but you'll need to know your part number.
