Just bought my Fiesta car, nearly new, only about 1k miles.I've been everywhere on the web and can't find a solution to this. Driver's side goes down 1 click but not up. Passenger side won't do either.

Not sure if my model does it but also remote windows control with key fob doesn't work at all. 

 

The car has keyless entry and start.

I've tried every possible variation of switch pushing up and down, but with such a new car I'm not willing to give up. Any help appreciated. Cheers 

That feature was dropped from the Fiesta.  There is no fault.

Consider yourself lucky that you have windows, those with the lower spec models have to make do with a plastic bag 🤣
