Hi , I’m new here , I would like some help 

I have a Toureno Courier 2019 , I would like to take out the rear seat completely as I would like to get my golf buggy into the back of it .

i see there are bolts holding it down , is it possible to undone these bolts and remove the rear seats , then put the bolts back in ?

    Yeah, usually those rear seats are pretty straightforward to remove.  Just undo the bolts, pull it out, and put the bolts back in when you're done.  Should be a piece of cake.  Just be careful not to scratch anything when you're wrestling the seats out.
