Fiesta 2015 Headlamp Unit

Featured Replies

Hi

Looking for a bit of help if poss.

We have a 2015 Fiesta Zetec 1.25 and the indicator on the NSF isnt working. I have replaced the bulb with a proven working bulb but still no joy. There has been moisture in the unit for years so I suspect this may have caused the problem. A friend has given me a complete headlight unit off a 2012 model which to all intents looks identical BUT the plug for attaching to the cars wiring is different (why do they do this?). Does anyone know if there is an easy way to make this work? TIA

Can you post a picture of both lights?  I suspect they probably aren't as identical as they seem.  There were a few different variations including DRL's etc.

I assume the 2012 was at least a facelift model, not a pre-facelift?
