Hello, I have ford fiesta 2018 diesel and my lights are always on when the switch is on auto and also the screen is always in dark mode. 

I bought an obd vLinker FD+, and I have forscan to my laptop. 

Anyone knows how to turn off Scandinavian mode and fix the screen also step by step?

Well firstly, if you don't already have one you are going to need a vLinker FS cable for your laptop.

VLinker FD+ with Bluetooth is not good? I read that it's compatible with forscan so I bought this from Amazon and I have it in my car right now 

I think, what is meant, is that the adapter you have may not be suitable for the detailed programming that looks like you need to achieve?

I didn't notice that. I read that is compatible. I will try connect tomorrow evening and let you know. I don't know if I will have all the features because am new at this 😅

It is compatible with FORScan but not necessarily for Configuration and Programming, which is different to the many other functions that FORScan allows you to do.

FORScan recommends that you use Wired Adaptors for Configuration and Programming, they don't specifically say that you can't use Wireless ones but don't actively encourage it. What they do now though is when you connect to FORScan Windows version they test the speed of the Adaptor and if it is not fast enough they will flag up a warning, that applies to Wired Adaptors too.

If you don't get a warning then it is up to you if you proceed with the Programming with a Wireless one.

I understand, I will try connect tomorrow and see what happens. 

I didn't buy with cable from Amazon because it couldn't shipped to Greece. 

Nevertheless, if it is working, anyone know how to turn off Scandinavian mode?

It is very good, but you can not make programming changes using a Bluetooth device, FORScan will only allow changes to be made using the wired version.

This is to protect you encase there is a failure of the Bluetooth signal at a critical point in programming.

Okay, I found it from the app, change it to Germany and I will buy it. 

Can you then tell me the steps try to program?
