Flashing glow plug. No pedal response.

Hi everyone ive got an ldv convoy with the infamous 2.4 duratorq. Yesterday after the storm i started the van up and the coil light started flashing. Van was revving up on its own as if it was hunting.

Prior to this I had codes relating to EGR and the IAT sensor. P0409 P0403 P0404 (egr codes) P0110 (IAT code)

Stripped the EGR on the roadside but the valve is stuck closed and I can't free it. Reassembled it back up and unplugged the wiring to the sensor to get it home. Presume the ECU just used default values like when you unplug a MAF sensor.

Plugged back in again today whilst home and I'm also now getting accelerator fault codes.

P1342 P1343 P1344 and P1576.

After clearing the codes p1342 stays active with auxiliary power on before it's even started.

Am I right in thinking I'm getting these accelerator faults due to the EGR playing silly buggers or am I looking at two faults? Van will rev with EGR unplugged and coil light does not flash.

Any guidance appreciated 👍
