Rough idle and acceleration

Hello all I had my injector 3 changed as it came up on reader that there was an issue. I had it changed and it was changed with a genuine brand boch part

the car was also getting p228c code fuel pressure regulator low

when you floored it was going into limp mode. So I had the injector changed and when it came back it was idling so rough you put your foot down up to about 3000 revs and it’s shaking you can feel it on your foot. As your driving along pressing the accelerator you can feel the car just juddering at certain points of pressing the accelerator like it’s a fueling issue.

after the injector change I floored it and it went into limp mode. The p228c code was still there. So I had the fuel filter change and a fuel hose changed as it had a split in it and it no longer goes into limp mode when accelerating

but after the injector change all it’s done is idle rough and again when you accelerate it’s jumpy and horrible to drive I can feel it vibrating and juddering. Everything’s been reset the injector was coded into the ecm

Could my fuel rail sensor be faulty? Any ideas

It's probably one or more of the other injectors now.

I wouldn't expect it to be a rail sensor issue if it only started after the injector change.  When you say reset, were the other injector codes wiped?
