Mk8 Fiesta - Parking Sensors + Rear Camera

Featured Replies

Hello all, I have read some guides on this forum for parking sensors and cameras. Have also found a number of suppliers and am happy to buy original FORScan adapters and software.

The question I cannot find an answer to is this really:

I'd like the Sync 3 screen to display both moving parking lines and the sensor distance graphic which appears in the bottom left-hand corner. I have spoken to aftermarket sensor suppliers who say it won't work, but installing Ford originals with Original Rear Park Aid module (model HU5T-15K866-) is well described on the Forum.

Has anyone been able to do both?

Thank you.

Andrew.

You will need genuine Ford sensors and bumper harness and to wire in a genuine Ford Park Aid Module (PAM) that includes camera support.

You will also need to use a genuine Ford camera and wiring to get the parking lines to work

Configure with FORScan, yes
