Satnav Blank/dead screen after sync map udate focus 2017

I downloaded from Ford the latest Sync 3 updated. After applying it the sceen seems to be dead, Radio is not operating and the usb's have no power coming from them either leaving me with no reversing camera either. I have tried soft reset etc but nothing working. any help outthere Please.

    Disconnect the negative battery lead for 20 minutes. Then reconnect and wait 5 minutes before turning the ignition on.
