Focus Mk3 door mirror question.

Featured Replies

It's the basic studio 2015 1.6 engine version. Are the door mirrors heated? (or supposed to be?) Mine don't seem to be heated. Thanks

If they're electric movement they're normally heated.

Heating only turns on when the heated rear window is on

I think the mirrors on the Mk3.5 Studio were electric but not heated.

The Mirrors adjust electrically, they don't pull themselves in or seem to be heated though.
Thanks.

Ford changed that during production of the MK3.

As a result of another cost cutting exercise the electrically adjusted mirrors were no longer heated as standard. From that moment the side mirrors were only heated on trim levels / option packs that included the heated side mirrors.
