Hi all. Hope you all had a good Christmas 🎄. 

My focus1.6tdci 16v 10 plate. Has now achieved 194250 Miles not km. Still pulls very well. Is this now well past its sell by date? Just wondering 🤔 ??

    I thought they meant sell by date as in shelf life.  

    It's the best before date that matters more.  Taste & texture are probably compromised by now, but as long as it wasn't a use by date then it should be safe.

    Disposed of mine last year :

    MK THREE Focus ESTATE,  2.0 TDCI, AUTOMATIC, TITANIUM with KEYLESS ENTRY & START,  SATNAV, UPGRADED SONY STEREO, AUTO-PARK, METALLIC PAINT, full service history (not all Ford) with 135k MILES. No rust and a spotless interior.

    I don't know the spec of your car, but mine achieved £1700 p/ex on my Mondeo or I could have got £1300 at WBAC. So you can make some adjustments for specs, using my car as a bench-mark and you could then estimate what it might be worth on the open market.

    Thank you guys. Think I will keep it and see just how high It will go. I do change the oil + f regularly, so let's see, plus I like it 👌. Happy new year to you all.
